| Welcome to our twenty-sixth monthly newsletter. We have kept our promise of only one newsletter a month. This month Robin and I have begun a seventy-two day tour of the Orient, better known these days as Asia. We started from JFK in New York City, and then flew to Abu Dhabi where we stayed overnight on a layover flight to Mumbai, India. From there we ventured to Goa, also in India, and to Colombo and Hambantoa in Sri Lanka. We are currently on a cruise ship in the Indian Ocean and are on our way to Phuket in Thailand. Follow Us on Find Penguins If you are interested in following our Asian trip and seeing up to date pictures we welcome you to check us out on a new App that we are using called Find Penguins. We are posting the pictures every evening after our daily tour activities. You can follow us at FindPenguins.com/cosguide4travel. This is a great new tool for documenting your travels. With some minor editing, the App will produce a great travel book to help you remember your travels. Highlights of our Recent Travel During the past two weeks we visited some great places that you can currently track on FindPenguins, and will shortly be available on CosGuide4travel.com. Here is a brief highlight of each place we visited: Abu Dhabi, UAE – Like its sister city, Dubai, Abu Dhabi is an incredible city built on the coast of the Arabian Peninsula. The highlight of our brief half-day visit, was seeing the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque which is the second largest mosque in the world. Mumbai, India – Mumbai, formerly Bombay, is a crazy, hectic and dirty city. Okay, so much for the bad news. The wonderful part of the city is the incredible Colonial and Art Deco Architecture, well lit at night, and the surprising entrepreneurial spirit that we found when we visited the Dharavi Slum. Goa, India – Unlike Mumbai, Goa is much more peaceful and a more pleasant place to visit. Old Goa with its collection of Catholic Churches built by the Portugese was a fascinating place to visit. Sri Lanka – We expected Sri Lanka to be similar to India, but to our surprise were we ever wrong. Sri Lanka, particularly Colombo, despite much turmoil in the past, is cleaner and has a much stronger economic basis. We learned a lot about the country and its culture when we attended a traditoinal dance performance and learned how to cook Sri Lankan style curries. New Website Posts This month, we created three new posts on Cosguide4travel.com with our marketing partner, HFB Technologies: Please check out these new posts, and please, please, please visit the Amazon gear post. If you click on any of the displays or links on this post, they will take you to Amazon, where you can maneuver to any place on Amazon to do your regular Amazon shopping. If you are planning any trips in the future, you will definitely find the Amazon Gear that we recommend will make your trip more enjoyable. Also, you will be doing us a great favor as we will get a small commission while you will get the same or better Amazon pricing, helping us offset the costs of our new marketing partnership.
